Problemas con el sonido de mi laptop

hola como estan, no hace mucho tiempo acabo de instalar Ubuntu 12.04 en mi laptop, pero tengo un pequeño inconveniente y es que no se puede escuchar ningun tipo de audio, por lo que intuyo que debe ser problemas de drivers, pero como soy nuevo no se que hacer, echenme una mano porfa.

Hola,

Puedes dar el contenido del script alsa-info.sh ? Es una herramienta de diagnosis que da información sobre tu sistema hardware y software relacionado con el audio.

Para ello, abres una terminal y pegas el comando de abajo (Control+Mayus-V para pegar en la terminal). Cuando te pregunte, puedes salvar el resultado localmente (en tu ordenador) o bien subirlo a internet. Lo más facil es que elijas la segunda opción y pongas aquí el enlace. A ver si podemos ver algo.

Hola,

No estoy seguro si va a funcionar pero puedes probar lo siguiente:

Editas el archivo de configuraciçon de alsa, con este comando desde una terminal:

gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

Al final del todo, añade esta línea:

options snd-hda-intel model=auto

Guardas y cierras. Reinicias el ordenador. Abres una terminal y pones:

alsamixer

Compruebas que los niveles son correctos.

Otra cosa, ¿Qué modelo de laptop tienes?

Otros "modelos" con los que puedes probar en el archivo de configuración, son los que aparecen en la lista de abajo para el codec ALC269 (sustituyendo "auto" por alguno de éstos):
