Problemas Con Modulos "Compilacion Del Kernel"

En Este momento tengo instalado Kernel 3.2.6 y deseo compilar el kernel 3.3.6 en mi equipo "Laptop Dell n4110"
Cuando ejecuto el comando

mkinitramfs -o /boot/initrd-3.3.2.img /lib/modules/3.3.2/

Me Aparece este error

en este momento me reconoce bien la tarjeta wifi, y he echo esto tambien con debian y me muestra el mismo error,
Google, no me ayudo, acudo a ustedes...
