Problema con MySQL 5.0.41

Hola muy buenas, estoy intentando instalar la tripleta AMP en mi equipo, pero a la hora de instalar el MySQL 5.0.41 me da un error en el ./configure.

El Error es el siguiente:

Mire el archivo config.log y sigo sin enterarme de la misa.

libc6 es una libreria para C( si no me equivoco)

y pues a ese error aca le encontre algo

ya tengo creado el make file jejeje gracias tenía que instalar estos dos paquetes jejeje

apt-get install libncurses5-dev
apt-get install libssl-dev

Hola, a ver si te ayudo un poco, instalaste build-essential?

Ahora, intentas instalar LAMP. LAMP no es ninguna tecnologia ni cosa rara, es simplemente un entorno de desarrollo que combina 4 herramientas, Linux+Apache+MySql+PHP, no te seria lo mismo (y quizas menos problematico) instalar Apache, MySQL y PHP por separado?

sudo apt-get install apache2

sudo apt-get install mysql

sudo apt-get install mod_php5

Yo hice eso y tuve mi entorno LAMP sin problemas.

si quiero instalar el AMP pero toy siguiendo los pasos de una revista y cada vez que ago algo raro me salen estos errores jejejeje.

La revista es todo linux por le interesa a alguien gracias por el consejo creo que si me doy por vencido lo are como tu

Hola, si insistes en el camino "de los campeones" lee

en el que se insta a hacer un gcc-config

o http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=27719

en el que aconseja chequear CFLAGS (haciendo búsqueda sobre "c compiler cannot create executables", el primer error posteado)

Puedes ver la línea concreta del include del último error (http://www.ubuntu-es.org/index.php?q=node/56458#comment-145659) y arreglarla o bien probar estas soluciones. Personalmente chequearía lo de CFLAGS y gcc-config ya que es un poco extraño que te de errores de sintaxis o programación (p.ej. redeclaración de variables o tipos)... en teoría ese código es portable tal cual a varios Unixes.

bueno, no te lo puedo asegurar y lo siento: nunca se deben dar consejos al tuntún.

No he compilado muchísimo, a veces vas resolviendo dependencias una a una pero desde que instalé Ubuntu, todo este asunto de compilado/linkado está "centralizado" en el paquete build-essential. Lo digo porque parece que no lo tienes instalado ya que te hizo falta g++ y libc6-dev.

Como ves, este camino es mucho más arduo aunque más interesante que el simple click en Synaptic/Adept :-)

EDITADO: por cierto, saca el código de una fuente fiable, no sea una versión no-oficial que pueda tener realmente errores en el código (no sabemos cómo obtuviste el código)

Bueno consegui que me hiciera el make y el make install

Pero a la hora de ponerlo en marcha me decía que no estaba instalado asi que me doy por vencido.

Voy a instalar el paquete XAMPP  que contiene:

Apache, Mysql, Php, Perl, Proftpd, Webalizer y phpAdmin

Muchas gracias a todos, he aprendido mucho jejejeje

Ya les iré informando mis progresos o mis problemas para que me hechen una mano.

y si te dice que no existe el ejecutable es porque no está en el path de ejecutables. Si es así, ya habías triunfado. Normalmente cuando hay errores yo vuelvo desde el principio a hacer ./configure

P.ej. búsqueda del ejecutable de apache:
$ sudo updatedb ; locate httpd  | grep bin
(superuser haz pon al día la base de datos de ficheros y directorios -tarda un poco- y luego -el punto y coma- busca todos los httpd y de la lista -la pipa, '|'- selecciona las lineas con las letras "bin")

o también, en plan corto:
$ which httpd
(para que responda este comando debe estar en el path de ejecutables: /usr/bin, /usr/local/bin, /usr/sbin...)

Bueno se que ya tienes XAMPP o andas intentandolo instalar, pero bueno te diria que de paso provaras esta url si es que aun no la has visto si ya la viste esta bien todo bien solo queria darte una guia que me funciono rapido y sin problemas
