Error en Compiz Fusion

Hola no soy experto en linux (como muchos) instale compiz-fusion pero al ejecutarlo (compiz --replace) obtengo un error aqui les dejo lo mostrado en la consola AYUDA please... Ayuda a que Ubuntu sea el SO No. 1 de Venezuela
